Digital Marketing Manager

Full time- Delhi Office

Technical profile

As a digital marketing manager, we are looking for people who can bring value with their industry experience in digital marketing and help us achieve better results for clients. Some of the things that we would like you to be equipped with include the following. All of them are not necessary but the more you know, the better it is.

  • Search engine optimisation including in-page SEO audits, backlinking plans and execution of the same.
  • Digital advertising including social, search and mobile advertising.
  • Google analytics including monitoring, setting up dashboards and reporting.
  • Social media marketing including content development, content engagement and social media analytics
  • Inbound marketing including setting up landing pages and lead magnets.

Managerial profile

Along with the above technical experience,we are looking for people who can understand the variety of clients that we have and make sure that we are achieving over and above the client expectations. Some of the responsibilities that come along with this profile include

  • Tracking goals of clients daily and understand when and how to pivot strategy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to help them with their marketing strategies and change processes as needed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports of marketing performances related to client projects with insights and next action steps.

Paid Media Expert ( PPC)

Technical profile

As a Paid Media Expert, we are looking for people who can bring value with their industry experience in digital marketing and help us achieve better results for clients. Some of the things that we would like you to be equipped with include the following :

  • Setting up Google Ads and social media ads for clients. Above average experience with Google Ads and FB ads needed.
  • Daily monitoring and optimization of ads to make sure that we achieve our goals.
  • Google analytics + GTM  including monitoring, setting up dashboards and reporting.
  • Client reporting including email reports, presentations and more.
  • Strong command of written English for deciding ad copies.
  • Coordination with designers to create attractive copies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Is great at setting up intricate campaigns with the right targeting and content.
  • Is a team player and can manage coordination with clients, team leads and designers.

Content Marketing Manager

Full time- Delhi Office

Profile description:

Content marketing at Marketing Masala is about producing content which is valuable, building engagements and community around the same, managing our in-house content team and making sure that KPIs around content are achieved.

The SEO part of content involves auditing websites for in page errors, reaching out to websites for backlinks and guest posts, managing communication with writers and working on Google search console + analytics.

At a hands-on level, you will need to work on

  • Managing content writers and designers for the production of social media posts, blog posts, email newsletters and infographics. You will set timelines for their work and report to project managers for the same.
  • Getting content approvals from clients and posting content using different scheduling tools.
  • Measuring traffic and conversions coming from different content channels and studying engagements around the same.
  • Managing an intermediate level of SEO for clients including in-page audits and backlink building.
  • Building reports in Google Analytics including the building of custom reports, automation and more.
  • Using multiple content tools to enhance content production, SEO audits and more.

Profile description:

Social media marketing at Marketing Masala is about building content that speaks with customers, working with creative teams, analyzing the results that content is producing for clients and making decisions based on them.

The SEO part involves auditing websites for in page errors, reaching out to websites for backlinks and guest posts, managing communication with writers and working on Google search console + analytics.

At a hands-on level, you will need to work on

  • Collaborating with content writers and designers for production of social media posts, blog posts, email newsletters and infographics.
  • Measuring activity for social media campaigns and studying engagements around the same.
  • Managing an intermediate level of SEO for clients including in-page audits and backlink building.
  • Basic areas of Google analytics including the understanding of major metrics, building custom reports etc.
  • Using Google Search Console and Page Speed Insights to understand SEO metrics and improvements.

  Content Writer

Responsibilities and Duties

Content writing at Marketing Masala is about building content that speaks to customers, conveys the right idea and tempts users to become paying customers.

At a hands-on level, you will need to work on

  • Writing captions and descriptions for social media content on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google +, etc.
  • Writing web content like blog posts (1000 words at least), email content and other related things.
  • Writing text for ads like Google and Facebook ads to make them highly compelling and infectious.
  • Proofreading all marketing copy and content before making it live on the internet.
  • Scheduling content for various clients on their social media profiles using tools like BufferApp.

  • You have at least 12 months of work experience in content writing in the past.

About the profile:

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting recruiting by shortlisting profiles from LinkedIn and hiring agencies.
  • Training management: Research with team members and PPT setup for the same
  • Managing HR processes like leaves and payroll management
  • Managing meeting, schedule, and bookings for the CEO
  • Managing office calls, paperwork, office events, etc.
  • Email communication management regarding invoices, business development and more.
  • Assisting in data management for company website and the company's products/services

Skill(s) required:

  • Highly organized and great at time management.
  • Above average English skills ( for email and phone communication etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of PPT's and Excel sheets/Google sheets

Research Assistant

Freelance Work

 

  • Work from home position. Needs to be available for communication and word during business hours.
  • You should be available by phone during business hours (10 AM to 7 PM) from Monday to Friday.
  • You need to dedicate up to 30-40 hours per week on the project. ( roughly 6-8 hours per weekday)

About the profile:

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Researching profiles on LinkedIn, based on their geographies, job roles, work experience etc.
  • Researching and following social media profiles for our clients on Twitter, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Researching websites and their contact information where we can publish articles.
  • Reporting to managers in our core team for daily work updates, reports and more.
  • Work on Google Sheets and documents daily for managing research changes, resolving comments and more.

Skill(s) required: In-depth internet research, email communication, Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/docs.
